That's where I seem to fuck up. I forget about the consequences, for a minute there I lose my senses.

Direction seems to be returning to life. Moved back up to Manchester properly, it has been far too long. Had to come home for a couple of days for hospital appointments, and already really miss the North, even though I know I'm going back on Friday. Going to Hospitality Liverpool at the weekend, can't fucking wait, missed out on Hospitality Brixton in April, this should make up for it.

Absolutely loving having my independence back, never thought it would feel so good to be able to go out on my own and get around, fully realising how much I lost through breaking my leg, and getting it all back feels incredible. Actually living in a University house instead of halls feels so much more adult as well, didn't think I'd even feel this grown up haha.
Got back into listening to DnB and that whole music scene being back in Manchester, which I'm always gonna fucking love. Standard Hospitality podcasts and every Netsky and Danny Byrd remix that's ever been done. So many people seem to have so much against Hospital Records and the kind of music they represent, but I'm pretty sure I love it more than any other sub-genre of DnB. The Netsky remix of Jessie J's Nobody's Perfect is amazing.

Spent a productive day emailing and ringing various University related people sorting out things, and updating my CV. I am determined to get a job as soon as possible, so desperate for some sort of disposable income.

When I get down, I get respect now, when our tune drops, you know it makes your head bounce.

Been meaning to blog for a while, got distracted by a beer festival amongst other things. Been discovering some new music as well, this guy called Ben Howard, his song called Keep Your Head Up is pretty fucking good. Hate to admit I've found yet another artist I love via One Tree Hill, but Olin & The Moon are an excellent band. Completely different genre, but Rizzle Kicks are actually surprisingly good, need more upbeat music in my life.

This week has been filled with unnecessary paranoia, I know I'm being stupid but my subconscious hates me. Keeping myself busy for the next couple of days though, trip to Coventry to stay in my mates uni house with some close friends, then up to Manc on Monday for a couple of days, sorting my house out and seeing people etc. Going back has felt so daunting for ages, but now it's just around the corner I'm realising how fucking excited I am.

Vaguely sorting out my winter wardrobe, spent too much money the other day on a new hoodie, leather jacket, and jumper, all of which are beautiful.

Lovely but overpriced jumper from Republic.

Anyway, hopefully gonna get my life sorted out in the next couple of weeks, loads to do but cannot wait to get back to my favourite city.
Peace
